Excellent restaurant avec un service impeccable ! Le concept est original et bien pensé, notamment le changement régulier de menu qui permet de découvrir des plats variés et jamais répétitifs. Chaque assiette est une belle surprise, pleine de saveurs et de créativité. Mention spéciale pour la glace à la moutarde sur le plat principal, une découverte totalement inattendue et pourtant délicieuse, même pour quelqu’un qui n’aime pas la moutarde ! Notre serveur, Badri, a été d’une gentillesse et d’une attention remarquables, rendant l’expérience encore plus agréable. Une adresse à recommander sans hésitation.

The best dining experience I’ve ever had!! The food was absolutely phenomenal, and the chef is a true food Einstein! The razor clams, marrowbone tartar, and grilled squid were all outstanding. We were way too full to order dessert, but they surprised us with one on the house — and even though we were stuffed, we somehow managed to finish the whole thing. The staff were genuinely warm, funny, and full of charm. A must-visit for anyone coming to Nice!
